The Roll-In shower chair is designed for curbless/accessible or roll-in shower stalls. It's compact, lightweight, and measures 22.25" at its widest point, making it fit through narrow doorways. The Roll-In shower chair can also be used as an over-toilet commode and bedside commode. It features a front opening cushion, swing away and removable footrests, clip-on calf strap, flip back armrests (not lockable), commode bucket with lid, pee guard, chest belt, and is height adjustable.
This is intended for a roll-in shower with no threshold on the shower pan. If you do have a threshold in a walk-in shower, ShowerBuddy has a solution for you too! Check out the Rolling Shower Chair for Standard Showers here at AskSAMIE.
It's important to know that the Roll-In shower chair is intended for caregiver-assisted use, not independent use. If you're looking for a rolling shower chair to use independently check out the Roll-in Shower Wheelchair
